today was the day of silence my sign says: "Please understand my reasons for not speaking today. i am participating in the Day of Silence (DOS) a national youth movement bringing attention to the silence faced by lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender people and their allies. My deliberate silence echoes that silence, which is caused by ani-LGBT bullying, name-calling and harassment. i believe that ending the silence is the first step toward building awareness and making a commitment to address these injustices. Think about the voices that you are not hearing today. What are you going to do to end the Silence?" (end quote). now ik im not suppose to support gay relationships or anything but the thing is is that im not, im supporting non bullying. everyone should be treated equally no matter who or what their situation is. i love everyone nomatter who they are. stop judging, its not our job. stop bullying and join me in the day of silence. i participated in this for the whole skool day, i forgot a few times but didnt give up.
